After starting as a psychologist, my fascination for human behaviour choices moved me into the world of ergonomics – focusing on how people adapt either themselves or their world to engage and interact with it.

For many years I worked internationally as a consultant at senior management and Board levels on issues of culture change and how inclusive leadership impacted success. Some 30 years ago I became involved in the nascent world of coaching in a corporate context, contributing to the development of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) in the UK and Europe. CTI is now recognised as the largest in-person coach training and leadership training organisation in the world.

Specialising in Systems Coaching, my focus is mainly on the relationships that underpin team development, growth and performance, and the leadership paradigm shifts to foster that.

My fun spaces are filled with rally cars and my dogs.
