Back in my early 20s, I trained to be a teacher – there’s always been something important for me about helping people to learn and grow.  

Coaching with leaders, supporting them with their challenges and the changes they want to make, is particularly purposeful to me because of the positive impact it can have, not only on leaders themselves, but their team members and colleagues too. When leaders are true to themselves, they can create an open, authentic culture – one where everyone feels supported to do their best, and where everyone can enjoy their working lives. 

I combined being a coach with working in Government communications leadership roles for 30 years, so I understand our clients’ pressurised and constantly changing working environments. And having worked in jobshare partnerships for 20 years, I also understand the importance of creating trusting, aligned relationships.  

I’m happiest when I’m near water, with friends, animals and good food.
